  • Its an interesting phenomenon, many exercise trainers have decent knowledge of how to take their body to another level and even dedicate their career to it. Though, their bodies are often quite plain compared to others that dedicate such time to working out. It seems they are in a bulking phase but if thats the case, why are they so small?

  • What he means is, just get up 30 minutes earlier than you usually would, to find time to workout, the time of day makes little difference.

  • he has a six pack during contests, it's very easy to get a six pack, all u need to do is the diet. Right now, Vince is in his off season, so why the hell does he need a six pack?

    Remember:

    -U dont need to look HUGE to know about bodybuilding. people like Cutler & Colemen are a fking joke. I've had personal trainers who dont have much of a physique, but provide excellent advice!

    -Just because u dont have six pack abs, it doesn't mean that u dont know how to get 'em.

  • idk if im getting enof calorie i mean i get 500 or less calorie each day but i dont think that would b enof to supply my body cause i work out. its like dis i wanted to lose weight and gain muscle ok. im 13 , 5'7 and weigh 165. pls post me how much calo i need each day and how much protein in work out and non work out day.

  • ure body still needs energy u shud be taking atleast 1500 calories wut u shud be eating is stuff leik lentils canned beans, canned tuna, chicken breast not skinned just flipped on the fryin pan and u shdu be having 1 protein shake which is about 40 grams+ for one dose but id u eat kidney beans lean meats ect u shdu be havign atleast 150 grams frotein but u got to balance it out with fiber eat lots of vegies
