And he is contrasting the difference between the American revolution and the French, as written about by the participants at the time, primarily the writings of Thomas Payne.

How can you say he isn't fear-mongering when one of his bullet points is - to overthrow stability.

An unhappy set of people want CHANGE, their goal isn't to cause instability.

These people have a common goal - a wish to remove the current government.

In addition, his inference that they want to work against capitalism because there are a few communists in the protest is just ridiculous.
