i'm kicking season 4 of this show on dvd and so far my most favorite part of HBO's OZ
is when theyre all in the cafeteria while Glynn is giving a speech and Kareem Said tells everyone to bang thier spoons on the tables until the warden gives up his important speech and Said drops his tray on the table.
VERY nicely done. not much into the fan videos, prefer the individual clips, but this captures the tone of the 1st season perfectly. I 'know' this song, but am embarrassed to say I don't know the artist/song title exactly.
Would you recommend this series? What's the highlights cause I don't really see anything very interesting with this trailer. Per say, is it near half as good as Prison Break? Does it have suspense and thrilling moments that keeps you wanting to know what will happen next?
the early episodes were better i always wanted to see more of dino orteloni early episodes were better cause they killed off guys like dino and keanon and shebeta fast and then for abot 20 episodes they were to careful about who they killed off and how but ive only watched 34 episoldes btw what happened to that russian guy that stabbed the other russian in the neck with his sharpend glasses
O'reilly got that bitch CO Carole Howle to kill him, cause they were always tryna out snake each other and O'reilly got rid of him. She kills him in the bath with an hair blower
He was arrested for assaulting a man, including cutting his cheek like that. At this point in the series, Miguel's baby is going to die, and he does it as (my interpretation) an act of atonement, or flagellation. Another reason I heard was that he believed that his pride was the problem (God's punishment for his pride was to let the baby die) and so he cut himself to make himself ugly. I think it's difficult to put all of it into words.
Well he wasn't in the first series, and I don't think he could be classified as a devil at all. But my next video I'm thinking about (I want to watch the series a couple of times, and then it takes a few days to copy the discs and then decide on clips) hasa fighting theme, so Cyril boxing will definitely feature. Nice, man. You should definetly make a Ryan OReily video, though. Show all of his flashbacks in the video, and the highlights of his times in Oz. That'd be great.

Omg! Love, love, love it. I love 1:58-2:13 when you show the characters in the little glass box during Hill's monologues, then Keane screams and it cuts right to Johnny Post lighting Dino on fire...great to the music.
This trailer means nothing without the audio. pointless missing out the brilliant script

Anyone ever notice that on the show Law n Order, like every actor on OZ was on a episode. Does anyone know why? Same producers or something???

Both shows were filmed on the East Coast. The pool of actors is shallow. :)

@cujossoul I remember reading that Dick Wolf noticed some characters on Oz and asked them to play on L&O. :) So it's no coincidence.
