now on the question of who is better between david A and you.. well, both of you are good and have distinct styles although quite similar in some ways, i must say that you have the potential to establish your own mark in singing. so don't render too much cover songs from him. try oldies and redress it the cyberkrasher way.

I personally loved your version of this song. I listened to it several times along with Archie's version and Mayer's. Archie has a breathy sound. Yours is crisper. Mayer's has a little more grit. I think it comes down to a matter of preference. Your version has a 'lazy saturday afternoon' feel to it which I think suits this song perfectly. And, I don't think you were off beat. The instrumentation is a little sporadic, but that is a part of the charm. You should be very pleased!
