talking about the center of Mexico, burritos: not mexican, tacos: you don't use beans, just meat, coriander, onion and some other stuff (pineapple for tacos al pastor, for example), you add the salsa and lime when you eat it, not when you prepare it. Green mole: ok, but why on earth the lady calls it green curry?... chocolate, ok. Qhesadilla: never ever put beans on a quesadilla, just queso oaxaca and salsa!
@richardanthony1970 She meant to say that he is wrong about the tacos and quesadillas. Tacos don't always have beans. Authentic Mexican tacos include the main meat, cilantro, onions, salsa, and lime. Quesadillas are made with Quesillo not just any cheese. So, that is why she was mad in th first place.
My family is from California and he is an asshole chef screwing the owners about mexican food.By the way I am a chef in Vancouver Canada where we have about 40-50 different cultural foods cooked to perfection.
