Question from a soon-to-be tourist: how long is the train ride from Newark NJ to Penn Station NYC?

@shahoney - 15 to 25 minutes at most. Depends if there are delays or not, if none, about 10-15 minutes.

why? It's not like you're going be thrown out of your seat. I've ridden on Amtrak and it runs way faster than NJT. But I'm fine.

NECL. Airport station is the second stop from NWK Penn.

but the NJCL diverges at Rahway. EWR is before Rahway which is where the NJCL trains diverge. So it could be either an NECL train of a NJCL train
