It's a "rich take all" economy here in Thunder Bay.
Why don't all the local rich doctors, health care administrators and slumlords dip into their own personal pockets for this latest $1.6 million they're begging from City Hall, instead of picking the pockets of all us at the bottom of Thunder Bay's new "hourglass" social system.
And since when did cities start handing out money like this, no strings attached? Any payback? I doubt it.
