  • great vid, something I don't understand is, I thought we still used SLR's (self loading rifles) in Vietnam? It seems that almost all pics and vids I can see we are carrying U.S weaponry? can someone explain?

  • @TheBradlz D Coy, 6RAR during the battle were using; basic soldiers the SLR, 1 x M60 machinegun per section, signallers and some section commanders (Corporals) were using the Owen submachinegun and the officers and some infantry scouts were using M16's. I hope that helps?
