Maxis didn't make The Sims 3, it was EA and The Sims Studio. Even though EA has the rights to use this song since Maxis is under their contract. EA wouldn't of placed this song in The Sims 3, mainly because they don't care about The Sims any more. Only The Sims 2 and 3. Besides, The Sims music is classical, it wouldn't fit in with The Sims 3, mainly because The Sims 3 has cheesy music and because it's new.

Yeah, I hear it sometimes in the spa, but it sometimes can be barley hearable due to the volume EA set the song at, and because of other sounds going on in the background, (cars, sims, etc). Yet again The Sims Studio put this song into the spa as a easter egg type thing, EA wouldn't of though. It would of been better if it was a full song used for building, buying or a track you unlocked by completing something (life goal, etc).

Its not the game that's good. It was don't get me wrong excellent game! Love it to death, but it is the memories we've/I've had with the game that makes it so hard to listen to because of the such great memories we've had. We miss it so much. I know I do. It brings tears to my eyes making me wonder.... Why can't I go back to that time when I had so much fun and so many indescribable times that made it feel so great! I miss the Sims 1. Anyone ever use the cheat that allowed you to move anything to where ever you wanted? I used to do this to the mailman when ever he would come to bring me my bills. I'd put him in a stationary "island" in the middle of a big swimming pool and watch pace back and forth, hah.

@500packpaper Can't you just add the mp3s u want in the different music files of the Sims 3 files on your comp?.. Sry if that sounds a little confusing lol.. but that's what I used to do in the Sims 2... plus idk if the Sims 3 has this option, but when there was a song I didn't like on the S2 i would just go to music options that it had in the settings button during gameplay, and uncheck that song so that it wouldn't play in the game... hope this helped....? :)
