I'm jealous of the wall inward flips and palm flips! I had palm flips outside but I messed up one and now they're eh. I might get them back...... Wall fronts scare the shit outta me but I keep trying and I just landed my first few wall inward sides not too long ago (horribly). Palm flip on a bar? Are you shitting me? Nice! Oh and for cast aways, kick up and out. Trust me it helps a lot :D
@theskatekr3w yo man.. well i dont gym train.. i learn all my stuff on grass :) but some of the Oklahoma parkour guys train at either Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics or Victory Gymnastics! but we train Downtown all the time man! you should hit us up sometime and come learn! its a blast yo
