This is highly addictive. I liked it when I listened to it for the first time. Since then I've returned again and again. And I'm no guitar fan at all. Both songs are great and I like your "remix".
Oookay, I know requesting things is not polite, but might I ask you if there is any way you do this on a like... studio basis including a metronome set to about 170 bpm? Focussing on the "Not Fair" remake. I need jog speed songs for running around nodding wildly and tapping with my fingers. Dance wiv me would feel a bit slow below 200 bpm though. You might also kaossilate me on a 160-170 bpm basis, I'm not too picky. DO IT!
Hi there. First request I've ever had I think (except for an MP3 and some sheet music)! To be honest, my friend and I were considering doing this properly in the studio anyway. In a couple of weeks time, I'm going to a converted barn for a week alone to immerse myself in some new stuff, see if I can write and record a new album. I'll see what I can do when I'm there. In terms of Kaossilator stuff, you just want anything doing 160-170? If you can recommend a song, I'm up for a challenge!
Well, this is just great. I find a musical genie granting me a wish and I can't figure out what I want. No, I primarily wanted the guitars/vocals+action version of "Not Fair" at 160-170 bpm, because it's such a tremendous mover and I'd love to have it in my ear when I'm outside. The song varies in speed influencing my step frequency when I'm jogging. Of course - it's for fun. But it has great potential. I even prefer that version to the original one. Oh and btw: I'm jealous. You got talent, pal.
Ok I'll see what I can do. Just clarify a few things for me (as a fellow jogger :D). Do you want the recording to be completely fixed in tempo; is that easier to jog to? And also, what do you mean by vocals + action?
Nah, I don't need it to be in perfect fixed bpm edit, it's not that I want to put some hard technical techno beat on it (maybe I would), I rather need to have it in this specified range, because that is what I'm jogging at. Figured. Also, everything above 170 makes me run, gasp and eventually faint, you don't want me to, do ya? :D
By action I mean just the style it is in now. The mood (alcohol?). The rhythm, the freestyle part with dancewivme lyrics mixed in, like that. Status quo, but steadier.
Big hugs and my deepest respect. Meanwhile I'll just stick to this *points upwards*. By the way, do you play in a band? This is no offer, but a proposal. You definitely shall. You are amazing. Your pal's as well. Yoda yells: "Hell, in love with this track I fell. Download it on my Dell I will. Arrh, Ill vibes killin' me ability to sit still, indeed, I'mma need weed 'n' sum pills in me, join the Light Side, y'all feelin' me?" "Maybe later, I'm just a cool skater on my way to be Vader, ye hater."
lolol. I've played in a couple of groups in the past, but we didn't really do the kind of thing I'd want to do (experimental stuff). I'm playing in a new band at the moment called 'Malpas' which is a pretty cool collaboration between a few of us. I'm writing and recording the string parts, which is good fun.
