  • Cool lip piercing

  • @3notiq Im pretty sure humans evolved to digest what ever can be converted into calories to survive, just as cows can physically digest meat and dogs can digest fruit. Be careful of insinuating what people are "supposed" to eat, because from an evolutionary standpoint, that means everything possible. Ask rather, what is best for us to eat :) which of course, is herbivorous foods.

  • I wish my mom made my lunch like this! All I ever got was ham sandwitches, blaaah.

    Nothing Cooool.....Coool Video!

  • How beautiful! I love it, the colors of the Earth! What sauce are you using to go with your rolls? Soy sauce?

  • but the rice can't be raw right...

  • @cinnamonbed she did not put rice she put rice made from cauliflower.. maybe..you can use lots of vegetable.u dont need rice.but if u r not very strict with raw you can do the rice boiled and the rest will remain raw.i try the middle way..its best!

  • wow looks soooo good :)

  • some people are idiots saying she needs to eat better. what shes eating on that plate is probably much healthier than what most people eat regularly. biologically humans are meant to be herbivores, and despite evolution - we still are herbivores. each persons fist is the size of their stomach and thats how much should be put in your bodies 5 times a day + a minimum of 2 litres of water.

  • @3notiq I agree with what you said. But to add to it, Humans are a subspecies of herbivore called frugivore. And that sushi looks very yummy! Mmm.

  • @3notiq I'm sorry but you're incorrect. Biologically, humans are meant to be omnivores, which is why our teeth are a combination of macerating molars and incisors that evolved to rend flesh. More evidence to support this is the fact that our eyes are both forward facing, to better judge distance to prey. An example of a herbivores optical configuration is that of a rabbit, which are oriented on the sides to watch out for predators. I do respect individual choice of diet, though.

  • Ugh. If people don't wear concealer and lipstick, they're branded as 'tired-looking'.

You can tell her body is healthy by examining her skin. It's gorgeous. It's dewey, bright, and clear. Looks photoshopped almost.

You're stunning. Thanks for sharing. I've never explored Japanese food as a raw diet component, but I will now :)

  • Oh goodness! Those look sooo goooood!

    I shall make some today:)

  • is that soy sauce in the middle? is that raw? :) this looks soo gooood

  • She's a mother to a toddler, she's probably just tired.

  • She didn't state that it was "toasted" nori. They do in fact sell "raw" nori sheets. (in case you didn't know)

I do how ever agree with the fact that she either looks tired, needs more iron or something....may be just some sun (??).

  • Looks delish!

  • u look sick, eat some meat

  • @daabaa1 Bro, go to ANY other vegans vlog. They don't look like this

  • Oh my. You don't look well. Did you have the flu or something when you made this? Your food looks really good though. Is toasted nori really raw food? Have a great day.
