So you have to plug the docking station in each time you want to use the mouse in wireless mode, then umplug & replug into the mouse for connected. AWESOME idea only including one cable. Yay for proprietary, Its great!

razer always has good stuff, I have the razer naga and a belkin n52te (wich razer helped to develop) and i never want anything else, nothing is as comfy as razer IMO.

The mamba is cool but not good design. The speed buttons are poorly placed so I left click when I push them, the cable is nice but the glue on the mouse rubber fell off.

I have this mouse, it's cool but bad design, the speed buttons are so small I click my left button every time I adjust speed and the left rubber lining's glue was cheap and the liner came off so I have a crap mouse now.

horrible. the batteries lasts only a couple of hours and when u plug it out to go back to wireless after you charged it for 20hours for another 6 hours of wireless it takes about 5 minutes of plugging in and out for the shitty thing to connect. get the deathadder allot cheaper and it actualy does what it's supposed to do

This is damn near worthless if you are running Windows 7 x64. It won't record macros or remap buttons, because Razer is too lazy to write clean code or post updates.

And Razer Support is even more useless. Their technical support can't figure out what is going on, won't stay on the phone long enough to troubleshoot, and sends you stock e-mail instructions to "fix the problem" repeatedly, even after you explain that you have already followed the steps and they didn't work the first 3 times.

Just purchased the mouse and charged it up fully. I had wanted to get some wireless gaming done, but I'm having trouble fitting the mini-USB cable into the back of the docking station.  Not really sure about how hard i should be trying to make it fit (scared of breaking it!). Don't suppose there's some sort of trick to it?

If you unplug the mouse, it needs to get feedback from the computer. If nothing is connected to the computer that the mouse can give its information to, then the mouse wouldn't function. So you either need to plug the cable into the mouse, or into the docking station :)

The software is terrible for this thing, I set macros and then I couldn't use my keyboard. And the macros still didn't work. Software updater froze my computer on a bad flash and now its not recognizable. Piece of shit.

the charging station is the wireless receiver + there is an on off button the bottom.

If you unplug the charging station you presumably disable wireless hence the on/off button will be obsolete rendering you to only use it in wired mode.
