  • I have been listening to a lot of Gerling in the last few months. They where an amazing band, and i really regret that i didnt pay them as much attention then as i am doing now. Really wish there was some high def copies of there music on youtube.

  • I thought this was a piece of shit ten years ago, and nothing has changed. Unfunny, amateurish, lame... Nothing going for it at all. It's like a What-The-Fuck-Was-That-All-About karaoke video. And please don't say "Dude! You didn't get it, that was the point". In that case they may as well have tried to parody a trio of clueless high-schoolers trying to make a music video.

    Wait a minute...

  • this was jst on rage.. fk me im old viva la late 90's bring back backpacks on stage and random yank wif his retro tshirts lawl

  • lol

  • Heard them on Nightlife last week, never heard of them before (was out of the country at the time around 1995-2005) and wow, these guys are brilliant! Buying their album as I type!

Ghost patrol, you are under arrest.......!

  • Fuck Yeah Gerling Pwns Metallica :P I remember that year i left when Metallica started :P

  • SUX the didnt get in the top 100 albums :(

  • Lucky enough to see these guys live at the BDO '04. In a festival that had Muse, Black Eyed Peas, Kings of Leon, Metallica and Kamahl, this band was one of the stand-outs.

  • what in holy fux

  • GERLING! I STILL LOVE YOUS :D

  • I met Darren Cross about 4 years ago on Bourke St in Melbourne, and he looked like he just got off the set of Turning The Screws music vid, tracksuit, beared and all. I was soo stoked I forgot to shake his hand.

  • i agree ghostofsedition. loved these guys live and on disc. awesome

  • This video still looks pretty good for being made in the 90's. They were an amazing band. My fav song was Blood on the mic and Pt 2 inc

  • wonderfully weird

  • This rules!

  • aaaah awesome! so glad I stumbed upon this! :)

  • Ghost Pa-Trol! You are un-der! Arrest!

    God, this song is great.

  • This songs farkn owns. Brilliant bastards

  • Screw the haters- these three were brilliant on stage and off, truly inventive and irreverent. Part of the canon of great Oz tunes from the 90s and early noughties. And anyone who says different can just go listen to something else.

  • so are so much fun too watch they go pretty much nuts on stage

  • too right,,and why can't I find anything from Lavish anymore; doesn't the ABC still use that riff from 'she said' on rage?

  • I can never get why faggots flame music that they clearly go out of there way to hate.

Seriously, what did you expect when you clicked this link? If you really hate this thren thats fine but don't you even dare clog up this comments with your hate just because you like something else better. It really shows how much of a obnoxious 8==) you are

  • you mad?

  • @hyruletv Yeah he be mad

  • Fuck the presets and their gaylord tunes.

  • I dont know what it is.. but this song is damn catchy

  • Yeah hey, fucking champs. I lost my copy of when young terrorists chase the sun. I think it's in my friend's car, but there are too many maccas wrappers to find it. :(

  • duckdudetom.....pal...get a life

  • yeah, its such a CRAZY surpirse that this song has such a small amount of views, maybe its because this song is fucking shit

  • Music shouldn't be judged by it's popularity...

  • @tizzukka

exactly right. if it was, "candle in the wind" would be the united states' anthem.

  • Comment removed

  • this is just late 90's music.

not many things remind me as much as this

  • these guy lived around the corner from me as a kid, i still have the gerling backpack signed in my bassment

  • So, duckdudetom, not only do you go ahead and waste your time watching the film clip of what you consider the 'the most shitest song ever made',but you go ahead and post 2 comments about it....

    ya fuckin muppet

  • i have to agree with you there

  • i saw them when they came to Portland Oregon a few years ago.

I walked up to them and asked " you guys drunk or high Tonight/...?"

Needles to say i bought there stickers and pins.

  • ahhh, the memories.

the family ties t-shirt and rubix cube - these guys were doing the ironic retro thing well before any of todays lamo indie kids.

  • awesome!

    i loved this band
