This ain't no Toyota Mega Cruiser, it's a Chinese Copy Cat of the Mega Cruiser which I think called "Dong Feng". Cause Mega Cruisers have SQUARE Headlights but the Dong Feng and the Toyota Mega Cruiser both have a 4 Wheel Steering...that is actually a Dong Feng...plus mega cruisers are only RHD...Mega Cruisers are known to be hard to convert in LHD.
@KKhhoorrnniittee its definitely a Mega Cruiser. Though the overall look and size are that of a Hummer, this still has its identifiable attributes. The 4 wheel steering is a dead giveaway that its not a Hummer
