God sent down fire from heaven for Elijah as well (2 kings 1:10-15). The noteable difference is Elijah gave glory to The LORD our God. Prideful apollyon will claim to be the one worthy of praise as he uses such signs. Praise the LORD for the gift of discernment for His Sheep shall stand sealed for unto them shall his true identity be revealed.
