Haven't used it, but I suppose that scratch thing could be used by just turning off the volume during a section where you wouldn't be playing a guitar part, and quickly "scratching" your tempo.
Yeah. I have one of DigiTech's distortion stompboxes, two X-Series, the Jamman, and one of the Hardwire distortions. If I were not a single-effect devotee, I would have one of DigiTech's multi-fx, too.
There's still tons of pedals I'd like to try, and own, and most of them are from DigiTech.
DigiTech's got something for everybody, and they just make guitar playing more fun. My only problem now is having too much DigiTech. I need to slow down on buying effects!
I can't wait to get this baby. For those who thinks Digitech is not good, thin, or crappy stuff, you might want to check how well you play to begin with.
DigiTech's X series is actually pretty good. At least, good, and cheaper than Boss. And their Specialty Pedals(Whammy, JamMan, etc...) are definitely unique in the guitar world. Whammy is the king of real-time pitch-shifting, the Harmony Man seems like a superior harmony device for guitar. And if I were rich, I would get the TimeBender. Basically, DigiTech makes great pedals for beginners, pedals with nice features for intermediate players, and great pro-devices for experts. I'm hooked.
I've got the Digitech 2120 and its over 10 years old and the most delays are in it, so there are not a lot new thinks .

This comment has received too many negative votes show
digitech makes junk until you start paying alot of money. I wish they would stop be so goddamn cheap in their cheap pedals. Atleast boss tries...

Yeah, because many professionals use digitech. But, uh huh. sure.
This pedal is kick ass. What was displayed here is only 10% of the new features it has.
