yo, unbelieveable moves. CelticsProduction I specifically like the middle =P Could you believe that I trained enough to start dunking! I just used the a real training system at "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" and made it in only 2 months!

is there anybody else rather than just CelticsProduction tried the nba workout program for dunking and shooting? Even Kobe, Ray Allen and Gilbert Arenas have suggested this program. If you have no idea what's I'm talking about, just look at 50inch vertical[dot]com

CelticsProduction I'm an awesome 5'6 white guy and I can dunk over people. Anyone can certainly do it, just follow the right training course. I followed the one at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any training workout is good if they work (which many do not)

CelticsProduction I'm 5 7 and I am able to fancy windmill dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition. I personally recommend the training program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any program could be used if you are sure they work
