Nothing went wrong in the match, Uruguay were clearly punished with a red card and a penalty against them. It's not their fault if the penalty was missed, they still had to win on penalties. Anyway what person wouldn't have handled that in those circumstances, 120th minute of play, scoreline must be kept the same to reach penalties etc... I believe one of the Ghanaian defenders were offside in the buildup to the handball too.
