ah yes I remember this bit. It was my first time playing FEAR and my dad was round.
He was watching me play and when we got to this bit I said "Dad can you hear that?" he said no and I walked around trying to find the source of the noise,
After finding the room and randomly shooting at the blood, the body fell and I went screaming out of the room...again. ^_^
