they need to make another monster hunter for the wiii or 360. i played the mh tri for the wii, the one in the video, and it was pretty damn awesome. as it was only a test for the next game, there wasnt much of a variety of monster to fight.

@Tobixray Tri was the most fail installment of MH series. The only good thing about it was the hit blocks were a little... more accurate, and the underwater fight. They ruined the longsword, removed the dual swords, gunlance, hunting horn, bow and arrow. What the fuck is that? They have 1/3 the tree of weapons and armors, compared to the FIRST GAME. Their armors are stupid hard to get, and level up, the weapons jump in power from one level to the next. The gap is too extreme to be close to good.

Some games aren't too bad. Like, the game The Conduit was said to be Halo 2's rival when they both came out, though I admit the plot was far too focused on and the gamplay/levels could have had more effort in them. But Conduit 2 (coming this month) is supposed to take all the critique to heart as they improve it.

there is tree game modes there is a story kinda-like-mode witch is only single player where you can go in the wild, hunt, forge weapons and armor and upgrade them and progress through the game ass you want. there is online mode (city mode) where you can play online with up to four players. this is basically the same except that you also can play with four others and gain hunter rank that gives you status and acces to other quests.

@InnerRise Rather, SotC is a Monster Hunter wannabe. MH came first, anyway, and SotC is so easy! You think Agnaktor is going to let you slowly climb up his back and carefully stab his squishy bits? No! He'd buck you off and fire laser your ass! The one monster you do spend any time riding in fact does buck you off, and it hurts.

As far as story, it's there. Might not be as poignant as SotC's but it's outlined to at least the same extent. You have a clear goal and you progress towards it.

@InnerRise Also, online isn't your typical Wii fare. There are no friend codes. At all. You select a server, then a room, join a quest someone has posted, and then head out to get your heads busted up together. I've spent the better portion of my 300 hours of play online. Really superb stuff.

Wii has bad games? You have to be sick to say something like this. With Zelda, Metroid and Mario ALONE Nintendo is no match for anybody else. Plus, most of the best games for Xbox and Ps3 I can have on my pc. Don't beleive it? GOOGLE IT! Nintendo's exclusive games destroy the competition.
