sound travels at about 330 meters or 1100 feet per second. I count about a 1.5 sec from the main charge ( the one in the middle) to the sound/shock wave hitting camera. so a good guess is the camera was between, 1500-1800 feet or 5-6 NFL football fields away.

What is happening is similar to what jets do when they fly faster than sound because both this explosion and the jets create a sharp pressure change.
