why do most people think call centers are located in India? there's call centers all over the worls including the US and you'd be surprised of the amount of (english) native speakers who provide their services in these countries, and then customers are like "finally someone AMERICAN"! lol
Seriously though, nice call center. I didn't have that when I was a CSR for Verizon Wireless. Actually I worked for an outsourced vendor, so they were pretty cheap on us.
I work for att here in las vegas . You be surprise that att has alot of call centers here in the united states

@tdwplover22 No actually. A lot of ATT's is in India, and there are tons of American companies with American based tech support.
