  • 3-1/2 years dude got lucky !!

  • What happened to Jake? did they mention it?

  • you wonder why his family didn't step in, prisons like that just want money, you could bribe them out of anything.

  • @purefooty Because SO called familys DONT GAF when push comes to shove you're on your own and if you are not tough you die...Simple (((...

  • @mustwinder Have you ever been to rehab?

  • He should get out of the gray mist and spend his energy on tracking down that Dutch the Asshole...

  • funny shit, he gets prison time even though he was carrying nothing and the mastermind behind it all goes free. Owned!

  • @mustwinder YUP! Try being addicted to Oxy. It's as bad or worse than coke, and can easily cost you $100 a day just to get high because your tolerance goes up with every line you do!!!! But meth...fuck that nasty shit. It's PURE poison. At least coke and Oxy wont ruin your body like meth. Methheads are about the most disgusting humans on the planet.

  • Dude, when Dutch told me that he would have me killed, I would have punched him in the nose as hard as I could, and then pretty much beat him within an inch of his life. You're fucked in that prison anyway. Why not send the message to the others that if you threaten this guys's life...he'll kill you. That carrys more respect than you think. At least a shot, but I would have never lied on his behalf to let him out. DUTCH is the reason he's there to begin with. Fuck letting him walk!!!

  • @phineasgauge69 Either way he knew he was fucked, weather he brings DUTCH down with him or not, if he would have brought dutch down with him, dutch would have just gt him killed, dont forget dutch is latino so he can at least talk to them fuckers, the white guy was a total outcast, they would have loved to murder him just because hes a gringo.

  • @MrKon14 True....I would rather live the rest of my life as a man, and not go out like a bitch though. The crazier you are, the less people will fuck with you...anywhere in the world!

  • Ha Ha

  • Wow! All they caught the guy w/ was circumstantial evidence. It looks like he never saw there "Do Not Talk To the Police". YouTube the video, it's worth seeing. This guy basically was his own worse witness.

  • that jake is a coward dog

  • He shoulda denied it the whole way!!!!!! he had no cocaine on him... he shoulda denied it

  • poor guy feel sorry for him i would have killed dutch what a cunt!!!!i wonder did his family visit him and try get him out on bail???

  • I'ts sad.. All the bad things happen to people with a good heart.

  • I wonder if he knows he has post traumatic stress disorder

  • I don't understand. He didin't had the cocaine with him at the airport but he still had to pay for his crime? Yes being involved is a crime but he could have said, I wanted to quit smuggling drugs ?

  • My god, what did he do to himself.

  • He got it 2 fucking easy. He should've gotten 10 years.

  • Shit, I would have made sure Dutch would be in that mother fucker right with me, and I would have had my sister wire me some money to have his ass killed.

  • that poor poor guy how horrible and what a sad story dutch was a fuckin cunt

  • Thanks, it's such a great show :') so beautiful endings, where most people seem to learn, and come out better

  • I hope Danny is OK now.

  • @seka1986 he's dead

  • @Jopari444 What happened?

  • @seka1986 I dont really know :D

i just said somethin that came in my mind

  • @Jopari444 whew! don't scare me like that!

  • @seka1986 i apologize

  • fuck that i woulda got dutch murdered the little cunt

  • Best of the series. I can feel this mans pain frighteniningly too well.

  • He served 3 years. In the U.S.A. he would have been sentenced to much longer. 20 years perhaps. So which is the more humane country. Which is the third world country???

  • @Patrick5009 interesting point. Also in US jails you have the constant threat of being raped

  • @Patrick5009 HA! You think the US is BETTER for actually keeping these criminals off the streets. People like you enjoy using the idea of "humane" treatment & overall pussiness as a badge of rightousnous that they like to carry around because they think it makes them "better." But your tune would change instantly if it was YOU or your daughter one of these guys ended up living next to after their "humane" sentance was up.

  • @lauraleesmithagain clearly u r an idiot who didn't understand the underlying message of my comment. Although i hate to talk to someone with little interlect i will spell it out my comment was that the U.S. locks people up for insane periods of time. It was really a comment based on the fact that the U.S. doesn't give people 2nd chances u break the law you get a life killing sentence. this was the point i was making whilst what the U.S. calls third world countries bad they r far worse.

  • what do you mean by U.S doesnt give people 2nd chances? Hardly any country gives you 2nd chances. Also, you only get a life sentence for murder, you think people that kill need 2nd chances?

  • @m1grand70 Don't think in such black and white terms. Even murderers can feel genuine remorse and change their ways.

  • @Cupit29

Doesn't matter. Murder is one of those crimes which cannot be undone and is therefore unforgivable. If you steal something you can give it back if you feel remorseful, if you damage something you can fix it etc but you can't give back a life.

  • @m1grand70

    It depends.

Killing someone doesn't necessarily make you a bad or even a dangerous person.

For example: if (god forbid) somebody killed or raped my mother and I knew for certain who did it, I would kill them without hesitation. Many people would. In fact, in some countries this would be perfectly legal.

And what about killing in self-defense, or assassinating a totalitarian dictator?

There is a world of difference between these examples and say, killing a shopkeeper during a robbery.

  • @abbas224 What country allows the pre-meditated murder of another person, even if the culprit was "certain" of the other's crime? That's the antithesis of the rule of law. And there's no difference between that crime and killing a shopkeeper in a robbery.

Would "many" people do what you've suggested? Sure - and they'd be locked up in turn, and rightly so. The state cannot allow citizens to take the law into their own hands - all that does is create a culture of retribution and clan violence.

  • @guysmiley00

Not that I agree with Islamic theocracy, but in Sharia law it is acceptable to kill someone in revenge if they have murdered one of your family members.

And of course there is a difference between these two scenarios.

If someone kills your mother and you kill them in retaliation, you are not necessarily a danger to society (you are only a danger to those who kill your family members).

However if you kill people for the hell of it, you are a dangerous sociopath.

  • @abbas224 That's one interpretation of Sharia law, and it corresponds to similar laws in other religions ("eye for an eye", stoning for parental disrespect, etc). Which country, pray tell, operates solely on Sharia law?

And your examples of the two killers lacks some very important points. How do you know said person killed your mother? How do you know there weren't mitigating circumstances? These kinds of uncertainties are the raison de etre of a court system. You're promoting anarchy.

  • @guysmiley00

And what about soldiers? They are licensed to kill and are often labelled as heroes for doing so. Why? Because in certain circumstances, killing is just and right.

What I'm getting at is that not everybody who has killed somebody is bad, or dangerous, or crazy. It is possible to be a killer and a kind, benevolent person at the same time.

  • @lauraleesmithagain Uh, you do know that the US violent crime rate is as low now as it's been in 40 years, right?

And, no, I'd have no problem living next door to Daniel here. Why would you? Moreover, what makes you think he's any more dangerous than you are? I'm sure that if we looked hard enough, we could find a crime you're guilty of. For example. watching this copyrighted video without recompense to the creators.

  • he did 3 years. if caught in the U.S.A. with that much coke he would have got a hugely longer sentence. 20 years maybe. So which is the third world country??

  • @Patrick5009 Bulgaria?

  • nice guy daniel.

  • coke is bad.

  • dont think dutch is his real name

  • thats wot u get 4 bein a crackhead

  • freedom is the most valuable thing that you have...maybe even greater than health...i would prefer to lose a leg than to be sent to prison.

  • I wonder what became of Dutch? I googled but found nothing...

  • This is a great episode, really gives a strong message

  • It sure does send a strong message. Amazing.

  • i like locked abroad brazil the best but this one was really good to.

  • he "looks" like a genius

just a shame, he could have lived a whole different lifestyle

  • I don't get this; those of you who say this is your favorite episode, why? It "hurts me" that he is still living in grayness. To me his story was the saddest.

  • damn

  • That's the thing about cocaine. 'Coke is one hell of a drug' it's exciting and exuberant; but in the long run it stops from being able to feel 'just happy'. That's why cokeheads are miserable people when not on it. Not to tell anyone what to do, but be warned; do enough blow and never feel normal pleasure ever again. You'll be a miserable fuck living in darkness, and that's the truth.

  • @Eidelmania Yes, you can feel pleasure again. But it takes years to recover, don't ever take away that hope.

  • @Eidelmania its real ugly

  • @Eidelmania i love ur moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • @Eidelmania You know what my friend i agree with much you say apart from the FACT life DOES exist after addiction cuz i'm now living in NOTHING but light and the ONLY high i got now is life and knowing i did it myself and the ONLY miserable fxxx lives in my dark lonely past, and that's the truth...

  • @Eidelmania The exact same thing happens when you get strung out on Oxycontin.Life is boring as fuck, and nothing can entertain you anymore. It's worse than coke....believe it or not. Coke withdrawls are NOTHING compared to OC or H.

  • how du you put ad on your videos?

  • thnx 4 upload

  • ya,its possible,i smoke 10 years

  • drinking and doing coke all day for 5 years? SoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO fratt
