Make sure that you launch WoP through Steam otherwise the achievement won't take - I had been running acess.exe manually via the Logitech profile software and did two winter missions before realizing my mistake.

@Gate21IsClosed I did another mission included in Battle of Stalingrad, the first one, and it didn't register either. May I ask if you purchased Wings of Prey during the Christmas sales? I bought the game a year ago and I'm afraid Valve wants you to buy it during these recent discounts only in order to complete the objective...

@TEAMFORTRESS2MASTER I didn't want to crucify Valve nor Steam. I think Steam is a great service indeed, but I think something like this could be happening.

They are a big company and most likely they could want to earn as much as possible during an event such as this one. Besides I was just making a hypothesis

@ThaM477 i bought it last winter i think. during the sale.

but another thing: to anyone reading be aware: the game randomly made thousands of copies of some "activation file". it filled up my HD and crashed my computer. i had to remove the HD, go to another computer, plug it in and remotely delete the Wings of Prey folder which, by now was 130gb. seriously. there were litterally thousands of copies of that one 300gb file. I realize this is probably not a big issue but still. fcked up my comput

@jamesdiss I tried it. It's actually faster if you use the rockets given but also harder for people who are not familiar with the genre.
