  • You're right; the 20k double snatches are tough. I did these today. I think they'll be great in a 20K complex.

  • How much wider are your feet when working with the doubles as opposed to single KBs? Great strength.

  • OMG thats impressive stuff .I am learning such a lot about good technique from watching you

  • Thanks for the quick response.

  • Awesome!

  • Show off!!!!!!!!!

  • OMG you look so awesome

  • Impressive!

Question: After the snatch, does it matter whether we next go to the rack position or move the kettlebell between the legs? I noticed that you prefer to move from the snatch to the rack position before moving the kettlebells between the legs. Thanks for your videos.

  • @cheneym14

When you do heavy snatch its safer to have control over the bells and go to rack position then letting them go the whole way.

  • @cheneym14 If I snatch a single bell, or light double bells I will snatch them back down. If I snatch double 16s or heavier I will bring them to the rack. Heavy doubles have the tendency to pull you forward if you snatch them down, so it's just a slightly different technique for safety and efficiency.

  • @negf03 That's a good idea. Even Mike Mahler suggests doing this. All it takes is one mistake and it's knee replacement surgery so I always bring them back down to the rack when doing double snatches. Very strong and good technique by the way.

  • Badass!
