@rcrazyish. No, he's saying the autopsy on Sadako says she died one/two years ago, there saying she lived thirty years after her death in the well. Which for obvious reasons confuses the hell out of these men.

She didn't die when she was thrown down the well, that's the point. She tried to climb out over and over again, that's why her fingernails were missing. She lived down there for thirty years.

This is the first sequel I've seen that actually picks up RIGHT AFTER the first movie. I mean, it's like no time has gone by, and I don't have to worry about missing things that happened while I was gone! AWESOME!!!

I also nticed some of the scene's in this movie are just like some of the scenes in ju-on, like the hair creeping out from under the cover on the gurney, where Kanae is behind Kobayashi sensei at the end, like Kayako is behind Karen in the american remake of ju-on, and both Kayako and Sadako are alike. in a way. because both just wants to be understood.

@LetsUploadAnime Not high, lol. Humans can live for 7 days without food and water. That's why her victims were always killed 7 days after they saw the tape. It's explained really well in the American version of The Ring. Hope that helps!

The first one wasn't scary at all (Though it wasn't short from entertaining). I was expecting to be scared out of my mind, and yet I was given some moderately scary stuff. The movie was more suspense than anything; not necessarily horror

That title intro with the sea in the background is just amazing.

For those of you who didn't know because it was only vaguely passed over in the original Ringu... Sadako's father is an ancient demigod from the sea, so the raging ocean during the title is a reference to where the evil originated from, not to mention it makes a great backdrop…ingenious.

I watched ringu and it was awsome way better than the American version which didn't explain Mmuch and the characters r supposed to be phsychic or something so it didn't get to explain key parts of the story and what not. But ringu was awsome so I decided to watch this ill also watch the prequal?

Could someone please explain something to me? If as it was said in the ring 1 Shizuko sat and stared at the sea all day, then why was Sadako so afraid of it? and, Even if she survived for 30 years due to the curse of her other half, wouldn't she still have some form of compassion for others, even if it had become twisted and insane? And why the bejeezers do so many people say she's a Hermaphrodite?! Nowhere in any of the movies does it say that...I think?

@bloodangelwx...why would Sadako be afraid of the sea? Perhaps it was not the sea itself, but rather water. Sadako was born a powerful psychic so perhaps she could see her own death. But being a child, without training or the maturity to understand her own visions. So she buried the images away but with an unconscious memory of the water and how it is a part of her fate. And regarding the issue of being hermaphrodite, that comes from the original novel. It is not used in the movies.

more so, you should realize that this is just a movie. in movies, anything is pretty much possible. just 'ride the wave' and enjoy.
