@ashleedablondie heya i would just recommended cleansing your skin day & night (i find this really helps my skin!) i know a lot of people say to only do it once, but that doesnt work for me. drink heaps of water & you can take evening primrose supplements(vitamins) when its bad (helps with acne) & if your desperate try potato. just rub slices onto your skin but watch out, it can really dry your skin! & then remember everyone has bad skin days! i do too! :(
