@thejonathan130 Nato are all the military forces in Afghanistan also known as ISAF. They fall under this group. And Nato does alot its not only Americans, British and Canadians that do the dirty work. Germany is tasked with the whole northern part, the french foreign legion although recently shrunken in size is still present and of course there are the smaller countries which contribute with several hundred man for example Bulgaria who are tasked with guarding the key point Kandahar airport.

@VympelGaming first off barely anything happens in the north of afghanistan, and it is true: Canada, America, UK, and Netherlands do in fact do 99% of the combat in afghanistan.

Without Afghan. & Pakistan, US has no access from the air/seas to these areas cuz of Iran, China and India. I also meant western forces join military cuz of salary. Taliban fight because of ideology. Even if you give them money, they will still kill you if you do not leave them alone.

PH was a US colony for 50 years. PH soldiers fought/died also in Korea and Vietnam wars. 18,000 PH contract workers worked for US DOD in Iraq and Afghan. But my recent studies have led me to believe that US military actions are based on selfish interests, not liberty, truth, justice for all. On the contrary

However, the capitalist system only benefits certain power groups who own the corporations who benefit from the global military strategy of controlling resources. Fact is, millions of innocent lives are sacrificed so that profits and alliances can be made. Its gonna be a constant struggle between truth and justice because mainstream media is controlled also.

Hey, I served in Afghn., March-Nov-09 and I can tell you the Canadian are proud and serve with heart; moreover, the Americans and Canadians care and watch out for each other. We fight, hurt, bleed and die together to keep North America safe. We are family so please lets not put up with shit words from any one against us or our friends.
