The wonderful manips, the stunning song, the brilliant parallels between damon's and elena's versions of 1864/today were magnificently edited and the colouring was magnific... loved the parallels, loved the gentle transitions, the epic work... I mean, seriously, this is so inspiring... my fave part is 2:18-2:35.. epic manips and parallels altogether ;) the quotes at the beg and end were SPOT ON ;) gorgeously perfecly work <3

So, I totally disagree with @serievideoreview . I feel like even though it was clipless for a little more than comfortable, it just made me want more. Actually, I'm really happy you did this.. It reminds me of your Oh, Brother video which is my absolute favorite. The clips here are matched perfectly, the song choice is magnificent, and I'm extremely impressed. Not to mention that the AU of it all is completely believable. I give you an 11:)

I agree with serievideoreview up there. I understand why you did so, and it's true that matching the clips to the flow of the music gives it a chain-yank factor, but if there's a wide enough gap, it ruins it. Either extend the clip or fill it in with something. Also, don't rape the vignette, Jackie. xD Use it on the grayscale memories, but not the colored clips. I give you a nine though. Song choice, excellent. Video structure, great.

The video was really good. Was innocent, peaceful and does who don't know the series is interested. But I din't like the parts that was instrumental in the black screen, left the video with sensation that stopped., and and the video hadn't almost visual effect. I give you 8.
