Good story, but not true. While Louis didn't say what type of aircraft it was if it's a local united and it has a first class, then it’s in the b737 757 a320 range and it would be impossible that all the fuel sensing systems failed. Not to mention no captain would fly an aircraft at that fault level (that's huge). Also the FMC will not accept routes or n1 takeoff speeds if it can’t tell if it has any fuel or how much. I stilled enjoyed the story though.

My (Anglo-Irish) dad's from Allentown and back in the late 70s or early 80s when he was a teen (DARK tan too, remember this it's important) some punks stole his bike from school and when he found some oblivious little kid with it, the kid returned it describing how some big kids left it somewhere in a park or something.
