It's done by my friend in Brisbane Austrailia he was payed by the town council to advertise travel to the town, this is just the first part of his campaign, his dad is an airline pilot and he gets to fly for free on Quantas Airlines.

that's why his campaign was chosen it is dirt cheap and he gets to keep the extra money he dosen't use.
