I do believe, that I stated I had been attempting to study the runes and learn them.. As I am a visual learner, the cards seemed a better alternative to get a better grasp on the runes. No such thing as a blank rune, anyone who has used stones and such would know that a blank one is added in case one of your stones is lost or breaks you can make a replacement rather quick. Some dumbass decides to make a new rune called the blank rune saying it is the Odin rune and is the most powerful. What crap, its a blank that is all.

Runes can be interpretation, BUT if things are so clearly stated out in cosmology, even in the right order, as it is written down in the eddas (as like the first runes, for example: Fehu = Audhumbla, Uruz = Aurgelmir, Thurisaz = Thurs race, Ansuz = the aesir... etcetc...) it can't be interpretated that wrong.
First card = Goat of Thor -> Which stands with Thor for the enslavement of chaos-forces, the rhythm of time - Raidho.
Second card = Hel -> Related to Hagalaz, the castle in the back is castle Utgard.
Third card = A deer -> Related to the three deers gnawing in top of the world tree.

I have chosen to take the tradition seriously as a lesson in real world history, archeology, and anthropology with an emphasis on Norse Seid work. I practice Galdor, Stadha, as well as read from many reputable sources, as in does the author have a PH.D in Runes and Magic.
I too am studying the Runes. They require a lot of study, the course I am taking devotes 9 days to each Rune. I commend your innovative spirit and taking things into your own hands. However the Northern Tradition is a Tradition not some new age, new fangled religion with accompanying kitsch bric and brac. I would suggest your spirit is more akin to Chaos Magick from the approach you are taking.
The man with the Hammer is called Thor. He is the norse God of Thunder, and his Charriot is pulled by two goats.
You should research norse mythology and scandiniavia if you are studying Runes. IM not sure what form of Futhark you are studying but it would be an idea to have the history behind it
