I saw these guys play @ a free concert in the Summer of 78. The venue, The John Anson Ford Theatre in the Hollywood Hills. I always thought these guys were awesome. I agree with the comment that they sounded similar to Led Zeppelin yet original. Thanks for posting these songs, I thought I'd never here them again. Thanks For The Memories...
Gonna see my old Drummer and Life friend, Jon Hyde, with Funkin Maniacs tonight. Jon and I furnishing the bottom and backgrounds together in Detective.
I think Detective Is a homage to Led Zeppelin because of its similarity of vocal and drum sounds to Zepp. But I have a "recognition" of Detective's originality!
a 3rd album was almost finished in the autumn 78...before the split but i will be surprised if one day it will see a sort of light of day... it can be interested if it's really advanced demos...
It's probably one of the best band of 77... i think they are even superior to The Babys and Journey of that year...(NB: Journey of 1977 is very different than the "AOR Journey" since 1978 and then...)
Same here, 1mranonymous1.

バジャーにせよディテクティヴにせよ、トニー・ケイが在籍していたが故にイエス・ファミリーの一員として括られてしまいますが、そのことがこの両バンドへの誤解を招いているのではないでしょうか?
