  • Mate, why dont u use that pak sao to lead forwards and puch straight into your opponent's mass. there's no point using another thing, i.e larp sao, to block. Your main purpose is attack the mass of your opponent and knock him out asap. Not chasing his hands, isnt it? So u chase her hands on wat purpose???!!?? LOLZZzzz......

  • Bong Lap Da it's easier

  • Cool, wing chun is awesome, you can also directly strike by using a fook sau (contact with underside of forearm instead of palm), of course this is weaker but a good training drill to add to the toolbox!

Responding to henk, if people pull back after the punch, you can just directly hit them and thank them for making it easier!

  • as soon as i saw you pak sao with your thumbs away from your hand i stopped watching, learn the basics before you try to teach Wing Chun

  • @KenCatron66 cannot agree with u more!

  • beatifull girl !

  • take your hands off MY GIRL kamehamehaaaaa

  • Don't people pull back when they punch? Wouldn't they also punch with the other hand? i don't think this is effective in a real fight

  • I know this is just a drill, but im not a fan of that pak sau... shouldn't it have forward energy? attacking their center line? I thought the pak to the side was just an emergency one.

  • Also... loved the DBZ music! perfect!

  • @Scrungie1 It depends who you talk to, when he pivoted he keeps his centre line on her arm, but hers is redirected, making it a disadvantage to her.

  • @ben710 yes, but you could achieve that with forward energy and have even more of an advantage. Not only would he be facing the point of contact, but he would have also attacked her centreline which breaks her structure.

  • This is a bit weak as far as pak sau drills go. Why not just tan-sau outside gate with punch, then gum-sau with punch.

Much more effective, and much more efficient.

You take 3 steps to get to the punch. This way the punch comes on the first step. And you end up with 2 strikes in the same amount of movements you do for just one strike.

  • real kung fu take inspirationa dn discipline i like this video the gives u step by step of kung fu

  • i have not win a fight with people i can

  • I don´t wanna be rude but who,s your sifu, and what line of win chung is this?

  • Very concise teaching you can tell that you heart is in you art, but more important you Art is in your Heart. I study Lo Man Kam and Eddie Chong Lineage Knowledge is power. Great job. Oh and the lady is very Beautiful. Do you have a Facebook page?

  • can i ask how long you have been practicing 4........ i too am learning wing chun

  • Like the clear and simple basic drill you show there. Seems highly effective. Just wondering, do you live in hong kong, or are you just there to learn more about martial arts and chinese traditions. yea i saw the background of one of your video clips.

  • I've been living in China for a few years now and plan tolive here in China forever, but I was just in hong kong for a short trip in the holiday haha.....this video and nearly all of my videos have been made here in China however. Thanks for the comment there and I'll continue posting videos of course. I already have now over 700 videos and I do not plan to stop sharing.

  • cool basic wc ... beautifull girl! =D

  • thanks haha and yeah haha!

  • I really don't know much about Wing Chun and it's concept.

The block, does it redirect the energy and momentum of the punch?

  • Yes that's correct there

  • It's nice to see someone with a lot of subscribers and comments find time to respond to questions. You really are a great person.

    Keep it up.

  • Thank you very much really. I very much care about all I am doing and feel it's my duty in life to share all I can about martial arts because martial arts is my life and it has helped me so much and I believe it can help others too. Thank "you" for your support friend

  • Why arnt you more popular, your awesome! Wing chuns the best, does that girl train wingchun too?

  • Wow I want to say thank you for your kind words and great support haha I am not great haha but I do care. Yeah, she does practice wing chun but she's just starting out in training. A begginer, but shows great determination which is important. But it's also about patience and focus

  • that's a good lesson. I use wing chun allot, and now I'm combining it with Muay Thai.

anyways that's a good technique that you're doing.
