Thee are good at the price now around $80 (£50) ... but .... used ... you can get the Asus 701 and for a bit more the Asus 901 both far better performance and have cams. Both latter will run live TV etc.

well i saw videos of 7" netbooks with windows CE loading MUCH faster. i go to ebay and search netbook > list by price lowest first > buy now only > min price $70 and you'll see a lot of cheap netbooks with windows CE. i THINK they are faster than this. they should be. all i know is the videos i saw with CE and not this operating system loaded much faster in the videos i saw

wrong, You can't install FLASH, however, because windows ce is open source, some version have included with it a youtube player software.

Not to mension that the newer Windows CE 6.0 R3 has flash lite which can play most flash content.
