I see Natalia's feelings all over the place. Check out the "I Only Have Eyes For You" moment starting at 2:03 ! Olivia's feelings are more obvious because she has VERBALIZED them to people. But Natalia keeps things inside and only talks to God or the Virgin Mary about them!

I think when Natalia said she was trying to help a friend and did something horrible she was talking about helping Frank after Coop's death and she even told Frank she used him . she was trying to fight the feelings she was starting to have for Olivia and that made her feel terrible.
Most of her "helping out" Olivia came long ago, when Olivia was not even grateful, not after they'd fallen in love. The friend she wanted to help out was Frank. She cares about him, but she was never in love with him. She never even pretended to be in love with him. She was always just grateful to him. Then she starts having these unexpected, new, & frightening feelings for Olivia, Frank's bro dies & she wants to help F, PLUS she & O just had a fight! So she sleeps w/ F & regrets it.
And OMG, Jessie IS *so* beautiful ! Really, they both looked their best around this period (see the "wearing a hat", "making apple pie", blackmailing Doris ep!). OMG!!! Makes me wish they would have just gotten over it, and grabbed each other & started making out on the couch in this scene!! *THUD* *LOL*
They both look AMAZING during this period! I wish they had kept Olivia's make-up & hair like this later in the story! (I don't like her hair pulled back. It makes her look a lot older.) That ep where they are talking about "wearin' a hat" and "making apple pie" & then they go see Doris about Phillip. OMG!! They are so totally HOT in those scenes!! My head would explode if I saw them kiss for real looking like they do here!! *LOL*

...the something horrible she is referring to very well could be her betrayal of Olivia BY sleeping with Frank. It just struck me that it was something deeper than "I'm sorry Frank for sleeping with you, but it didn't mean the same to me as it does to you."
Plus, the whole God is laughing at her. Hey, God why do I feel like cr*p for betraying Olivia when I'm not supposed to have these feelings in the first place. And Josh's comeback - God finds Nat just fine. LOL I find this charming.

I don't know the exact date but it's during the week of Coop's funeral. Jeff and Olivia are at a bar and Jefferey tells Olivia about his fear of Reva dying and he wants to know what's bothering Olivia.
They both mirror one another now. Natalia puts her hands over her mouth in response to Olivia's story about Lizzy, and Olivia briefly does the same. They have been doing that lately in several episodes.
Agree GREAT CC/JL, but THAT baby almost stole the show! I think they may be over playing the Catholic side....I remember Natalia tearing into Gus, so the whole guilt over Frank is a bit much though glad she pushed him away. I'm in semi-conservative Rochester, NY & my ex-husband tried the psychological problems-she's a lesbian bit during the annulment & had it shoved down his throat even here....so I'm thinking Natalia is regressing into older version of faith because of gay panic. :)
I realize that today's episode of GL is not up yet but I just watched it,I am on the East Coast and I have to give props to CC for her performance today she knocked it out the park. She played, angst, sadness, and concern for her friend Natalia all at the same time! Fabulous job Crystal just fabulous! When Olivia is saying free food and drinks, she's batting the eyes, totally flirting just like the 11/14/08 clip for the Decker dinner .... and Natalia just turns to mush ..... I just love how these how these two actors work together and play off each other. I also listened into the CC interview with Buzzworthy Radio and think we've got some great things to come with these two.
I read one of the spoilers that suggested there's a big hypocrite in town .... remember Doris saying she knows a lot of nice lesbian couples, that it's not personal it just politics, that she has lots of gay friends .... I'm thinking Doris is way closeted and has something going on with the Gov's daughter .... very relevant if they have the politician being gay and totally homophobic at least politically....what does everyone else think?

I finally listened to the interview w/CC from Friday & she said they won't confess their feelings till a wedding. Not sure who's wedding but she said their about 4 weeks ahead w/shooting and she thinks people will be pleased b/c it'll be a nice love story. Of course she said all the normal soap plots will happen but it sounds like a happy ending I'm SO looking forward to this story no matter how long it takes!!

Roll on Tuesday- have since read that Nat only confesses her feelings about sleeping with Frank. She says she has feelings that she wants to stop, but they could just be guilt feelings. I hope she starts realising her connection to Olivia is more than just friendship this week, and actually starts expressing something, even if it is just her confusion!!
I hope they don't write the pregnancy in but if they do I don't think that will keep them apart. I think GL will go forward with this s/l if nothing else w/CC & JL doing all these interviews on gay forums no less why do that if they were going to be friends. I think when GL said it wouldn't be a "gay" s/l they were correct. It's not about discovering they're gay it's about falling in love w/someone who happens to be the same sex as yourself and how to deal with it.

Okay folks, I'll admit that I'm having a hard time gagging this one. Is Natalia more sorry she slept with Frank because she used him; or is she more upset that she slept with Frank behind Olivia's back? I understand that Otalia has major electricity flowing between them right now, but I can't help but feel like the writers are making this more about hurting Frank then denying her feelings for Liv. Don't get made people, I'm just saying it's what I feel.

That was so a "How you doin'" moment. I'm liking the Olivia's outfit today. The jeans and the boots? Fire. However, I must say that Olivia's hair sure does show her emotional turmoil. It's mess. It must be done on purpose, because they don't fix it in between scenes. Gay Panic Olivia is getting old especially when Olivia keeps telling people. Now she's told 4 people and counting. Obviously it must be before this ep, cause he already knows here. Lawyer lady's scene is here too. When you say Liv told Doris, do you mean in that scene where she goes to talk to her about Natalia almost kissing her in the hospital?
Yeah, but wouldn't it have been worse if Olivia tells Natalia that the Shower is at Company upon arrival. They walk in and Frank smiles and kisses Natalia and spends the whole time fussing over her, which upsets Olivia.

Yep. She was going to go to the party & was fine w/ giving a gift "from both of us", but when she heard the party was at Company, she didn't want to go. Hey, did these events occur AFTER she told O that she'd slept w/ Frank? Cause O doesn't seem to know, but N was SOOOO upset when she told O about sleeping w/ Frank & she's much calmer in these scenes.

Agree GREAT CC/JL, but THAT baby almost stole the show! I think they may be over playing the Catholic side....I remember Natalia tearing into Gus, so the whole guilt over Frank is a bit much though glad she pushed him away. I'm in semi-conservative Rochester, NY & my ex-husband tried the psychological problems-she's a lesbian bit during the annulment & had it shoved down his throat even here....so I'm thinking Natalia is regressing into older version of faith because of gay panic. :)

When Olivia is saying free food and drinks, she's batting the eyes, totally flirting just like the 11/14/08 clip for the Decker dinner .... and Natalia just turns to mush ..... I just love how these how these two actors work together and play off each other. I also listened into the CC interview with Buzzworthy Radio and think we've got some great things to come with these two.

I finally listened to the interview w/CC from Friday & she said they won't confess their feelings till a wedding. Not sure who's wedding but she said their about 4 weeks ahead w/shooting and she thinks people will be pleased b/c it'll be a nice love story. Of course she said all the normal soap plots will happen but it sounds like a happy ending I'm SO looking forward to this story no matter how long it takes!!

Roll on Tuesday- have since read that Nat only confesses her feelings about sleeping with Frank. She says she has feelings that she wants to stop, but they could just be guilt feelings. I hope she starts realising her connection to Olivia is more than just friendship this week, and actually starts expressing something, even if it is just her confusion!!

I hope they don't write the pregnancy in but if they do I don't think that will keep them apart. I think GL will go forward with this s/l if nothing else w/CC & JL doing all these interviews on gay forums no less why do that if they were going to be friends. I think when GL said it wouldn't be a "gay" s/l they were correct. It's not about discovering they're gay it's about falling in love w/someone who happens to be the same sex as yourself and how to deal with it.

They could have filmed Otalia scenes in advance for when JL is out on maternity leave. That's one possibility. They could also write them out, but I would hope they would have done some pre-planning and be shooting now on the off-days for their current sl.
On an unrelated note... it does appear that Nat is not wearing her rings in this ep. I think that's a positive sign.

I agree Michael is a lucky man! I think CC is enjoying this role also not just the aspect of getting to kiss a girl but b/c I read an interview from a year or so ago and she was really tired of NOT having a good storyline and just hanging out in the background. She's too talented for that. They could've picked a better actress to play this part. I can hardly stand it. I told my girl they should have cast her on the L word but that may have been to much for my poor heart to take!!

Okay folks, I'll admit that I'm having a hard time gagging this one. Is Natalia more sorry she slept with Frank because she used him; or is she more upset that she slept with Frank behind Olivia's back? I understand that Otalia has major electricity flowing between them right now, but I can't help but feel like the writers are making this more about hurting Frank then denying her feelings for Liv. It is so strange to go back and look at some of Olivia and Nat early clips and interaction... Nat was a totally different person...she came to town on a mission to get her high school sweetheart back to be with her and Rafe... Gus was married to Harley at the time, but it was not long before Nat had him wrapped around her finger...Harley finally gave up and started an affair with her neice(Marina) boyfriend...so Nat competition became Olivia who she had to lock in a closet on her wedding day...

Reva's husband is Jeffrey, who is in this ep. He's the one that Olivia freaks out on in this ep. Her telling him is the only one I haven't seen. Do you know the date of that scene? Obviously it must be before this ep, cause he already knows here. Lawyer lady's scene is here too. When you say Liv told Doris, do you mean in that scene where she goes to talk to her about Natalia almost kissing her in the hospital?

Yeah, but wouldn't it have been worse if Olivia tells Natalia that the Shower is at Company upon arrival. They walk in and Frank smiles and kisses Natalia and spends the whole time fussing over her, which upsets Olivia.
