I believe he should be fixed! if that state has to pay for his kids in social services and he can't get enough employment to care for them they should at least make sure he can't make anymore!

Wow. Very interesting & weird. I hope the court orders that any money that he makes be put in trust so that the wrong hands don't get hold of those kid's funds. Court ordered hormone treatments is in order here. Too bad it's not legal in this case.
