Tamara Braun 2009 Emmy Win

Loved that Tamara won the Emmy for her role as Ava Vitali on Days of our Lives. I hate that I missed it.

However, I didn't like the way the presenter pronounced her name. It's Tam-a-ra, not Tam-a-ura.

good news. she is comin back to Days. Funny how she is not willing to go back to AMC because of their bad treatment of the Reese character. For AMC , The only women the love ot write is for Erica Kane or their Princess Greenlee. Tamara deserves better than that .It isn't like she is some no where. She is a well known Soap star and good for her for not settling 4 less.

Thank you so much for clipping! Tams is my favourite actress and the reason why I got hooked on General Hospital. I didn't watch any soaps until I watched GH and fell in love with Carly and the rest of daytime.

She deserved an Emmy for Carly and was robbed. But I do think she deserved it for Days. I watched the Ava/Steve story because of her and the Reese/Bianca (AMC). I watch any movie or tv show she's on.

I must disagree. Bree had brilliant scenes from Nash's fall to his death scene to the funeral, to when baby Chloe died. I looked at every poll before the emmys and all had Bree as the number one. It's truely an upset.
