do you want your passenger to put a foot down when you come to a stop? or feet always on the pegs? im worried about approaching a stop sign and having the bike tip when i stop. is it a lot different with a passenger?
@jacksoness2 .....I don't think a passenger could put a foot down on most bikes, but the answer is no. The passenger must remain still when stopped and you have to hold their weight. I'd be more worried about the hills than stop signs because on a hill you have to hold their weight as well as yours and be quick and smooth with the clutch to start off. Riding bike is COMPLETELY different with a passenger. If your passenger has no idea what way to lean your in for quite a surprise.
awesome and i wouldnt think the strap is for ppl who are afraid..i would find it more comfortable ...i ride with my bf and sometimes think if i had a strap to hold or a bar to hold on to. it would be way more easy for me..but thats just me(: nice video..
Nice vid man. Unfortunetly I should've watched this video before I took a passenger for the first time. Did the opposite than you're suppost to except for going fast.
@696969sideways just one strap.....it's attached to the passenger seat on most motorcycles. It's often referred to as the "bitch strap" implying for people who are afraid I guess....lol. some bikes have grab bars on the side also.
Nice tips man, thanx for sharing:) today I got a passenger on my bike for the first time(been practicing on my brother before I put my gf on my triumph D6) and was feeling a little uncomfortable still, even though we were on a parking lot. Making sharp turns after stopping was kinda hard, so I guess my gf can hold on til I feel comfortable with the idea of having someone on that thing behind me while im going 80 mph on a highway ;-)
Best video on passengers I've seen! Thanks alot I only just got my first big bike (Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R) and have been itching to give someone a ride so wanted to research into it a bit more, thanks :)
@ebaylion .....hahaha, this is my old crappy camera (canon Powershot 780is). If you want to see clear then check out my videos on my other channel. I now use a Drift HD170 Stealth action camera :)
Nice Vids man! Hey I've seen another one of your vids and was wondering if you have an aftermarket seat on you bike for the passenger? it looked really comfortable!
@DKGRon ...Nope I actually modified the stock one. I bought a new piece of black vinyl then cut and glued some carpet underlay to build up the padding to make it more comfortable for my girl. Then stapled the new vinyl on....$5.00 total cost. I also just ordered a non slip cover from Triboseat(dot)com and we be doing a review on it later this week. (It's awesome!!!!!)
@99GT1 ...well stay tuned. This is my second channel and I only started it 2 days ago.
I just made a list of 20 more topics, and will be filming at least one a day until the channel gets of the ground. Thanks for subscribing and if you ever got a question drop me a PM. Good luck with it.
Nice work, Bro! Been thinging of doing the same....instructional type vids. But you have definitely went above and beyond with the channel. Great work, Dude. Definitely doing it the right way.
Good info. 100%! Those of us who ride have had some passengers that throw us off our game. You definitely covered all the rules. =)
thanks dude:)

Make sure you can handle that bike before you take another human life on the back with you.
Always ride with your passenger in mind.
