There was a fog machine actually creating fog not the chemical kind and this was a check for the audition tape for Mae Barkley- I was aware of the noise. Thanks for your comment.

Yeah, you held a mike, but we hear all that noise. I guess the mike served only as prop and the audio came through a mike very near a whirring motor. I'd like to hear a solution to this common technical problem. -- Thomas
