@surfjerr Unlawful Assembly is the disturbance of peace by 3 or more people. It's not like this was some law thrown together recently to handle this situation, it was created in 1974. It would be fine if they were to use signs and what not, but they are running around yelling at officers. It would be fine if they were to use signs and what not, but they are running around yelling at officers. Nope, lets look back into the start of America, specifically during the Indian Removal Act, I'm assuming you know your history btw, so when George Washington wanted to remove tribes to the West, what did the tribes do? They didn't fight during the trail of tears but a tribe did it right and took the Act to court, instead your wasting tax payer money.
