@xmissmusicstarx Me, too. Those are two of my top favorites of hers. Though I think I could probably just watch her sitting and room with a single window, the shadows changing across her face as the planet she is on moves around a star.
Absolutely fantastic!! This is perfect! - Natalie Portman obviously, the scenes, the music & the way in which its synchronised with the scenes from her films etc. It takes my mind to a world of my own fantasy. Just brilliantly made, I love it!
@daniard37 Thank you very much. I hope everyone who is a fan of NP goes to visit your video, too, it is beautiful and the music is very gorgeous and sensual.
@darkprose Well thats very kind, thanks; it impresses me even more given how quickly you've replied! :) I mean you must be getting very popular on youtube with your wonderful videos & tremendous generosity -its getting really competitive with all the videos dedicated to her here, and to get so much appeal is really quite an art! I really had no idea what to expect with the soundtrack I put on my video. Would you by any chance mind if I set my video as a 'response video' to yours?
@daniard37 No, I don't mind if you set it as a response video at all, of course not. In fact, sometime in the future, I'd like to list my favorite NP videos on YouTube in the description for this video, and I would love to add yours to it. It's just a matter of compiling the list---but it would be the best of the best (that I had time to watch). I don't think I or my videos are popular, but Natalie surely is. But I favorited and liked your video and I hope more fans watch it.
@darkprose Thanks. I'm so glad to hear of your approval. With enough time I'll probably aspire to make a video more like yours of Natalie yet still as original as I can. I just need to get hold of the footage etc. and then its a matter of whats legal & putting artistic license into it like you have. I hope to keep in touch with you, & I'll let you know of anymore uploads :). For now take care :).
@uneLarmeCommePoison Non, merci, thank you, sir. I don't speak French, but your photography is beautiful. Um...votre photographie est belle? I visited your site. Somptueux? Sumptuous.
@rejespo I had been working on an HP video dedicated to all the characters who died in the final book/film, but I didn't like how it was turning out and abandoned the project. I'm sure if you look around YT, many people have made some great HP fanvids, though.
Dear god, this woman is just too gorgeous and stunning. Her beautiful hair, those delicious baby brown eyes, that lovely smile and laugh. She's a perfect example of class, grace, intelligence and talent.
I've had a crush on her for 13 years and I always will. Love ya billions Natalie.
@DiANAFRANK12 The music is "Growing Up in Whittier," and "Making a Comeback" from the original soundtrack to Nixon (1995) and "You Are the Pan," from the original soundtrack to Hook (1991), composed and conducted by John Williams. If you want, I can send you this music via email.
Hi there!....I'm speechless...what a brilliant & well deserved tribute to my favorite actress!!! thanks a lot for those 6mn21s of sheer enjoyment!!!:)xxxx
@Stellarch Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm glad I you picked up on the inner beauty, too, the beauty of her character and style -- I had hoped to allude to that invisible realm.
Brilliant tribute, Natalie is a very rare combination of the huge talent, smart and wonderfull beauty... She is my favorite actrees from The Other Boleyn Girl, I've only started to watch her films, next I hope to see Goya's Ghosts, as I see in this clip - Natalie is genius in this movie, only in this one episode on 3:48 she is genius.)) And her smile makes me feel good))) Thank you for this video, it's very nice and interesting))
@IslandofInspiration Yes, her performance in Goya's Ghosts was superb. I just got a chance to see that film again, and I really enjoyed it, though it didn't do that well critically. I suppose people were expecting it to be a bit lighter or humorous, or witty, like Forman's Amadeus. It was quite dark and very sad, but I think still very, very good. Anyway, thank you for the comment and I am happy you enjoyed it.
@darkprose, thank you for answer)) No, I haven't seen Black Swan yet, because the premier of this film in Russia will be only from 17th feb. But of course I'll be on the premier and I'll see this film exactly, I heard already that many people thinks, it's the best role of Natalie nowdays.)) Yes, I'll watch Goya's Ghosts soon, and then I hope I'll make a video with Natalie, using the movies I watched.))) Hope it'll be a good tribute to her))
@darkprose, thanks for the subscribe)) Ok, but at first I'm going to collect material, needed for the video about Natalie)) And also find a beautifull music, or song, which will be a perfect in combination with Natalie))
So...hope it'll be sooner, than I can image myself! :) Thanks again and thanks to Natalie for being. <3
@BlueandYellowStars Ah, yes, that is from Goya's Ghosts (2006) -- a very interesting film with a fantastic performance by Portman. She really plays three people, in a way: a beautiful young Catholic, who is then imprisoned by the Inquisition for a decade and when she emerges, she's become this hideous shell of herself. And she also plays her own daughter. If you are a fan of Natalie (or the Inquisition), I'd definitely recommend it. Of course, I recommend all of her films.
Being in a romantic movie with her would be okay for me because she's more than just pretty. I even think she has good character too. I love her with her natural long hair though. Hugging and kissing would be something I'd love to do to her because she is so pretty.
nice vid yeh she has an amazingly calm quality - and she is very beautiful - probably a good listener and a a n amazing pal -- too bad shes married -- but hey hes caled benjamin and so am I - so its like shes married me in a way LMAO ;0
@Guugleable Thank you for the comment. I agree that in many of her films she has a kind of controlled calm -- but it always seems to be hiding a raging storm underneath, somewhere. She's always had that, since Léon, I think. In any case, I wish her well in her new relationship and new family.
This is very beautiful and sensetive vid. .. I think you have a good feel for her, if I can say this way. I mean you feel her nature very strong. She is so tender, young and sensitive but in the same time so strong and wise... you showed it very well. It's a wonderful tribute to Natalie Portman !
Where are you , fans ?? Comment & rate this beautiful tribute !! ...:)
whats the film at 2:04 (when she has the hat on and cries). Is it Where The Heart Is?
theempire00 2 months ago
@theempire00 Ah, no, that is a scene from Anywhere But Here (1999), where she costars with Susan Sarandon. Portman is excellent in that one.
