A lot of places don't use gloves, because the food will go to the oven and the workers are constantly washing their hands. It is easier and faster without them. But with freash food of course they should usually be used. But for example a lot of sushi places make the sushi without gloves.

No. Dominos employees do not use gloves. I work for one. We sanitize out hands after ever pizza, or sandwich, or pasta breadbowl, or anything.
