Guess what you guys? After much digging, I found out who the singer is! Her name is Lee Hye-Jung. I can't remember where I found it but my copy of the OST just came yesterday and the name (이혜정) seems to be about the same!
@khher1979 I just looked for about a month and a half. I happened to find *one* website with her credited! Unfortunately, I don't think she has any albums. Also, hmmm key lime pie.
@misterandmisdemeanor i looked her up on youtube...i'm not sure if they're the same because the one in the movie had a much softer voice, unless it was a while ago and her voice changed. by the way, too late, i ate it already

One of my Top 10 favorite films, everything from the acting, cinematography Direction and story make this a rare delight. And the music, this song in particular is so well matched with this film, very unforgettable and truly haunting.
