  • did you noticed any bone or joint hardening?

  • (pat, pat, pat) Who's a good tree

  • Excellent stuff. I have a vertical pole I have been - inventing - exercises against (couldn't afford a Wing Chun dummy) and some of mine look like these. Makes me feel good - so - I'll steal a few of your ideas - if you don't mind! Excellent!

  • I like how your conditioned your hands and arms.

In respect to what you had said , i believe in the same thing.

When we are younger , we always think harder and faster is better ,

but the desensitized nerves , not stronger but weaker our muscles becomes.

To get good conditioning practice , one would need typical common sense , smaller neutral or compact movements works best with the intent to condition the parts of the body / torso and a good teacher will also guides proper conditioning

  • Does iron palm training cause arthritis after a long time

  • if done properly along with qigong no.

  • Masturbation and Qigong go hand in hand.

  • there are a lot oftraining methods that can cause serious and irreversible damage if trained incorrectly.for instance, one method for training eagle claw gripping can cause permanent contracted fingers and disfigurement if you discontinue the training.kind of interesting that if you start the training you cant stop.iron palm will damage your hands if you dont start on soft surfaces and work up to what mike is doing in this video.i hurt my knuckle by rushing training in the past. patience is key

  • The fist starts at the shoulder, the foot at the hip, and I see that you are training to be soft like the anvil and agressive as is the bottom of a clif...nice.

  • Thank you for the comment. Yes soft power conditioning is very healthy compare to just hitting hard and without intent.

  • Hi, can I have a request? Can try not to hit the tree during training? Or if you must, at least try to use those tree pads (like what O-Sensei asked of his students)?
