Excellent stuff. I have a vertical pole I have been - inventing - exercises against (couldn't afford a Wing Chun dummy) and some of mine look like these. Makes me feel good - so - I'll steal a few of your ideas - if you don't mind! Excellent!
In respect to what you had said , i believe in the same thing.
When we are younger , we always think harder and faster is better ,
but the desensitized nerves , not stronger but weaker our muscles becomes.
To get good conditioning practice , one would need typical common sense , smaller neutral or compact movements works best with the intent to condition the parts of the body / torso and a good teacher will also guides proper conditioning

pussy ass retard lol u dont slap trees u actually make hard contact i do it untill my forarm shins and thighs are black and blue and u do it every other day after about a month your arms wontt bruse. much better way...
there are a lot oftraining methods that can cause serious and irreversible damage if trained incorrectly.for instance, one method for training eagle claw gripping can cause permanent contracted fingers and disfigurement if you discontinue the training.kind of interesting that if you start the training you cant stop.iron palm will damage your hands if you dont start on soft surfaces and work up to what mike is doing in this video.i hurt my knuckle by rushing training in the past. patience is key
wow, you look like me, only i dont have a muchtache, LOL, anyway, serious dude, the BG people, made me ROFL so hard, anyway, this is some great shit. LATATATAa
The fist starts at the shoulder, the foot at the hip, and I see that you are training to be soft like the anvil and agressive as is the bottom of a clif...nice.
Hi, can I have a request? Can try not to hit the tree during training? Or if you must, at least try to use those tree pads (like what O-Sensei asked of his students)?
By the way, I do know that Baji is a formidable art (",)
did you noticed any bone or joint hardening?

Thank you for the comment. Yes soft power conditioning is very healthy compare to just hitting hard and without intent.
