No; Conti ultra sports and great care, learned from years of being a paper boy on icy mornings. Plus I'm not going as fast as the video might lead you to believe!
The stretch just past the digger working was VERY icy - always is, even when it gets gritted. Cars spin off there most weeks when it's cold.
Good stuff! I need to get my CX tyres sorted out... though I dont think we're headed for snow down here :-(

well its not the digger,,it was the truck.. my trike is 30inches( 76cm) wide
