I spent MIDDLE SCHOOL grounded, luckily my parents knew I wasn't going to put up with that so they allowed me to do things that were active like riding my bike, skating, screwing around in the woods. Seriously, hydrocodone is not that powerful when compared to other opiates. I used to take 4 Vicodin ES at once without feeling high at all. My tolerance has always been high for some reason, even when I first started using opiates. Right now I'm taking 2-4mg of Suboxone (buprenorphine) nightly to combat treatment-resistant depression that I've had since I was 13. Without it I feel so empty and dysphoric. Be careful...opiates can be extremely habit forming, both psychologically and physically.

My brother messed up his arm permanently and the doc keeps giving him Hydrocodone that he doesn't even want to take. I wouldn't want them either, they are very addicting and there are addicts out there who will do anything for them (even home-invasion robberies). Just be careful about telling people about your prescriptions.

What you don't realize is that while you are expanding your conscience, you are in reality killing yourself. Hydrocodones and other pain killers are for people who are in serious pain, not for partying!. Misusers such as yourself will make it hard for people who really need such medications to get prescriptions for them without having to jump through several hoops.

To walk on it while it's fractured is no easy task and while pain meds do help a little they don't fully relieve the pain. If it weren't for abusers the people that need them could get them without being treated like drug dealers.

Im only 21 years old and I've been taking those for years. btw, where I come from 5's are worth 3 a piece, 7.5's $4-4.50, 10's are worth $5-6. Just to let you knw. Pain sucks man, I know. I had a rod put in mine so I was walking the day I got out of the hospital which was a little under a week after my accident. It's different for everybody but I had motivation to get up and walking. I didn't have insurance and they weren't going to release me til I proved to them that I could take care of myself so I got up and did it. I still get light headed if I stand up to fast because they cut through muscles and tendon to put the rod in but it happens less and less often now.

the 500mg part refers to the tylenol not the narcotic.

a 5/500mg pill is 5mg or hydrocodone and 500mg of acetominophen (tylenol)

so its about $1 per MG yes... $5 per pill
