That came off wrong. I meant those are subtle spams. Are they going to get worse, how does this affect her health? I pray it isnt life threatening for her. Best wishes.

Are you sure that is a spasm? Just curious. Looks like shes moving on her own. If they are I hope she gets well. It has to be crappy having leg spasm like that and other spasms that a person cant control.

@tangoseal1 She no longer has these spasms. They stopped when she started taking Keppra (Levetiracet AM).

I must also add: The spasms started in her left foot a month ago. It spread up the left side of her body and now all of her limbs are involved. The spasms happen when she is relaxed.

Just wondering if you have heard anything from a doctor saying what this is...My 4 1/2 yr old with Rett Syndrome does the same when sitting on the couch...

We saw the neurologist on Wednesday. He did not offer any feedback on this. He did take a copy of the video. I have not seen any articles describing this sort of spasm in RS. It's almost like Parkinsons.

Update. These spasms stopped when she started taking Keppra (Levetiracet AM).
