  • Kind of... A lunge, requires a little more upper body control, using your core musculature to stop your upper body from rolling forward.

    I find the split squat a little harder than the dynamic lunge as your quads never seem to get any rest between reps.

    Try it and see :)

  • Thanks for the kind comments, I do have another video I am working on getting up very soon. Another leg/butt exercise. Hopefully get some time to finish this in the next few days.

    I'm wondering if legs exercise will make your legs even bigger. I think the solution is more losing weight in the whole body.
